QLEAD 2012

The Queen's Leadership, Excellence, and Development Conference (QLEAD) began in 2001, and it has since grown into one of the top conferences of its kind in Ontario. Successful applicants will be contacted shortly.

Today, it attracts high-school students from across Canada interested in all aspects of leadership. QLEAD is considered an outstanding conference within the Queen’s School of Business, having been recognized as the Top External  Conference in 2007. QLEAD’s values demand excellence, and we seek to improve our offering every year. As a result, we seek feedback from alumni to ensure that each year’s conference is better than the last. Given the success of QLEAD 2011, we are confident that our 2012 event will be our best yet.

This year’s theme sparked a passionate discussion amongst the members of the Executive. We wanted to convey to the QLEAD 2012 delegates that inspiration can come from virtually anywhere, and in many forms. Our goal is to have the delegates leave the conference with an intensified sense of initiative and refreshed take on their idea of inspiration. We hope that delegates will come to recognize both their own sources of inspiration and the ways in which they can inspire others. The QLEAD 2012 delegates will ‘Aspire to Inspire’.
